Agreement on the Collection and Use of Personal Information

Article 1 General Provisions

Article 8 Retention of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is promptly destroyed after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the following reasons:

  • -Reason : To provide responses to inquiries.
  • -Period : Website closure

Article 9 Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal
This website promptly destroys personal information after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedure and method of disposal are as follows:
  • Procedure : Information you provided for registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate document box) after the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any other purpose other than that required by law.
  • Method : Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that prevent the record from being restored.

Article 11 Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
This website may outsource the processing of your personal information to external parties for service improvement. In the event of outsourcing personal information processing, we will inform you in advance. Refusal of Unauthorized Email Collection

We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses using email collection programs or other technical devices. Please be aware that violation of this may result in a fine of up to 10 million won in accordance with Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
- No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from internet websites where the intention to refuse email address collection is explicitly stated.
- No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
- No one shall knowingly use email addresses collected in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2 for information transmission.
